Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Personal information contained within the AAL Online Admin System is subject to the Australian Air League's Privacy Policy as contained in Section 1.1 of the AAL Manual which complies with the National Privacy Principles embodied in the Privacy Act, which came into effect 21 December 2001.

Users of the AAL Online Admin System are to ensure that all personal information contained within it are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and they are aware of the limitations and restrictions placed in the use of this information.

All users are prohibited from the disclosure of any personal information except in authorised situations. Unauthorised or inappropriate use or disclosure of any personal information contained within the AAL Online Admin System will be a breach of the Privacy Act 1988 and the breach may result in disciplinary action being taken under the Section 5 of the AAL Manual.

All authorised users of the AAL Online Admin System have their own login account granting them access appropriate for their appointment within the Australian Air League. All actions within the AAL Online Admin System are logged with the date, time and IP address of the user. Actions include but are not limited to:

Account login and logout
Creating, retrieving, updating and deleting any records

Users are responsible for the security of their account and must not share the account details, or allow any other user to log in with their account.
